Using a Reward online

Claiming

Claiming deducts the listed points once and saves the Reward to the same account. Selecting a saved Reward at checkout does not spend points again.

Checkout

Select one saved Reward at checkout. We verify its expiration, minimum purchase, exclusions, and eligible merchandise subtotal.

Online minimum

Some Rewards need a minimum online order, shown on the Reward (for example, $5 off orders of $15+ online). It counts eligible merchandise before tax and shipping. Rewards keep the terms they were issued with.

Order status

The Reward is used when the order is placed. If checkout is canceled or we can confirm it did not go through, the Reward returns to your account.

Offer limits

A Reward may not combine with recurring-delivery savings or another incompatible offer. Tax, shipping, and fees do not count toward the eligible merchandise subtotal.

Member emails

Members receive account emails and notifications, and marketing emails with offers, news, and Rewards reminders. Marketing emails can be turned off anytime in Communication settings or with the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We send texts only to members who separately opt in.

$5 sign-up offer

Who can get it

The $5 sign-up offer is available from our in-store handout QR code and the sign-up offer on this website. It is one per person: we check your account, email, phone, member number and linked CVH profiles, so anyone who already received it either way cannot receive it again.

Email opt-in

To receive it, you must opt in to CVH Rewards marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time and you keep the $5 if you do. Text messages are never required.

Using it

The $5 goes into your CVH Rewards wallet for one order in store or online and must be used within 14 days of being added. Online, the order needs at least $15 in eligible items before tax and shipping ($15 minimum online); in store there is no minimum. It has no cash value and does not include free shipping. The other Reward terms on this page also apply.

Fine print

One per account. Requires opting in to CVH Rewards emails (unsubscribe anytime). $5 off one order in store or online ($15 minimum online), use within 14 days.

Changes

We may change or end this offer, or limit how many are given each day, at any time. A $5 already in your wallet keeps its terms.
