Returns and refunds

Unopened, full-price products
Unopened, full-price products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Provide your receipt or order information so we can locate the purchase. Call the store before shipping a return.
Discounted and opened products
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. Opened products are not eligible for standard returns.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Call the store at (704) 542-1444 if an item arrives damaged, appears defective or is not the item ordered. Keep the item and packaging until the store provides instructions. These issues are reviewed separately from standard returns. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time needed for the credit to appear can depend on your bank or card issuer. The store will confirm the applicable details after reviewing the return.
