We ship within one business day via USPS Priority mail but may use other carriers depending on overall ship times and cost. Our goal is to have your product in your hands within 3 business days of your order.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Charlotte Vitamins and Health does not guarantee the performance of any product, therefore, products may not be returned because they "don't work" or you just didn't like the product.
